Product Description
Optimized for stereo sound with simple connectivity, the black Yamaha R-S202 Stereo Receiver features four stereo RCA inputs, one stereo RCA output for recording to an external device like a CD recorder, and a 1/4″ headphone output. Its only other wired connections are the speaker outputs, which will allow you to set up two pairs of speakers in an A/B configuration. This will enable you to have either pair active, or both pairs active at the same time. It has Bluetooth built in for wireless streaming from smartphones, tablets, and more. The receiver outputs up to 100W per channel at 8 Ohms and includes an IR remote control. Along with two 100W (8 Ohm, 40 Hz to 20 kHz, 0.2% THD) channels, the R-S201 Receiver offers a design that minimizes the length of signal routes and optimizes the circuit layout. Positioning the power transformer near the power amplifier circuit reduces power loss while improving peak power supply capacity to enable high volume output. The signal ground and power supply ground are connected at one point, eliminating mutual interference to achieve a higher S/N ratio. The result is sound with enhanced clarity.
